I bought a 2013 chevy Silverado from la auto .but then my back tire fall off 3 weeks later only had the truck for 3 weeks now mybe drove it 300 miles.they say they will pay half for it but they did safty inspection which incoulds checking lug nuts.it doesn't seem fair at all that they are making me pay for half of it. When its there fault. I shouldent have to check my lugs after diving 300 miles.i had never had a tire come lose or fall off in 8 year ive worked on cars.this place is a joke would never let any of my friends or family do business there.
I stopped by to ask about their campers a few weeks ago, and when I went into the sales office I was totally ignored. The salesman in there wouldn't even acknowledge me. I stood there for 10 minutes, hoping to get some sort of anything, but nope. So I left. Someone else got our business.
Great place to get you're car fixed my wife and I have done a of business here. They don't B.S. you like other auto places. Keep up the good work guys!!!
They have nice vehicles ! BUT, a few minors things broke in the 1st two weeks after the purchase. In good faith, you would think that they would fix these low cost issues in order to keep the customers happy and possibly have repeat customers. They would not !! They wanted to charge us for every little thing. I would understand if it was 6 months later. The sales guy was very friendly and was not rude. I think they would have more happy customers if they would have fixed these minor issues. I probably will not go back for oil changes and service in the future. I fixed the minor issues myself and do like the car I bought !!!
Wasn't very pleased with my experience. Granted they occasionally get some NICE vehicles, but they always want way too much. They waste so much time haggling. Wasted 3 days here trying to come up with a deal I would be happy with (and trust me, they were getting a better deal than me) but I couldn't go through with it because it was such a strain and felt like a waste of time. So I went down the road to Thompson's and got a much better deal (or atleast one I was extremely happy with) within MINUTES and not days.
