Went in for a truck oil change and everything went smoothly, even for my first time there. Fast, appropriate and courteous service. I had my dog with me, on leash, and he had a great time. He's well behaved, sat on my lap (60# lap dog) enjoying the attention. Waiting room sounds like a bad thing but was large, airy, open feeling with complimentary coffee and smiles. There's a small restaurant counter if you plan on staying for awhile. I m impressed. Recommend.
I bought my Jeep Renegade here last year. My salesman was Rob Piccirilli. He was very helpful and honest. I was very happy with the service. Any time I have gone in for oil changes, they have done a great job and I know my car is in good hands. Honest and kind people. I recommend them highly.

I stopped in last week to speak with one of the commercial sales staff and my not-so-trusty old truck stalled while pulling into the parking lot. Not only did they help me push the truck, they got me a bottle of water, made sure I had a ride to my next stop and went out of their way to turn around what could have been a really rough day. While this refers to the dealership and service department, they did great. Quick, under estimate. Good customer service wait area, Friendly people, recommend. I also went to collision, a mile south and again, Friendly people, great waiting area but had to return for something they forgot. Still recommend.
