Very clean place just watch your speed
I have lived in this community since 1999 and think it's the best in Lapeer County! It is clean and residents are held to a higher standard to keep the community looking nice. The natural wooded areas provide a nice ambiance and the lakes are great for recreational fishing. I would highly recommend Pine Lakes as a place to live or retire!
