Ken died Sept 7 2017 after many years of health problems me and him both had we had to deal and all they ALL JUST WANT THE MONEY and people help them do it and let them get away with it all too!!! Lea told Ken we didnt have to worry about anything that SHE had my back and she would make sure i was left ok and safe and if i needed anything to let her her know. LIARS AND DECEIVERS! Lea came to Kens funeral and told my adult children to NOT to worry about me SHE HAS MY BACK! More LIES! I would always talk to Lea and Katie and others about what GOD says and how he will protect me as he always has against anyone that harms me or takes advantage of me and Lea and Katie always appeared to agree with me until Ken died and they wanted the trailer fir the MONEY! They said were honest and they would never do anything to me but that too was LIES too! The told me i couldnt get Ken's $480.00 security deposit my husband paid as i was not on the title or lease and we both abandoned the trailer and Corporate said NO too! Ken died & i was forced to move out so THEY could get the house for THE MONEY as a rent to own or SELL FOR MONEY that Lea and Katie both said rent to owns are not a good deal yet Lea has her own she rents to own in there and wanted to get it so she could make MONEY Lea said while i pay for all repairs for 5 years then GET OUT! The rent was up until Oct 31 2017 but i move out Oct 13 2017 they want THE MONEY! NO ONE INCLUDING LEA OR KATIE HELPED ME OR KEN AT ALL THEY LIED!! I told them and the banks too what GOD says about taking advantage of ANYONE and how GOD said they will received GREATER JUDGEMENTNT AND HELL! NONE OF THEM CARED! I KATIE SAID IF WE GO TO HELL FOR WHAT WE DO WE DONT CARE EITHER SO LEAVE AND DONT EVER COME BACK!! My daughter and i saw Lea at Home Depot and i tried to talk to her and i Told her what Katie said and she was so mad at me and said you are telling everybody about what happened and how that reflects on HER SO DONT EVER TALK TO HER AGAIN AND NEVER COME BACK TO THE PARK AGAIN! THEY ALL NEED TO PAY ME FOR ALL THE TRAUMA THEY ALL PUT ME AND KEN THROUGH!

What i told Ken they would do to me after Ken died that they would kick me out HAPPENED and Lea told us both that would NOT happen to me SHE had my back! LIARS! Lea and Katie i would post THE TRUTH WHAT HER KATIE & CHASE & 21st MORTGAGE DID TO ME AND KEN THEY BOTH WERE SO MAD AND TOLD ME OFF! THEY TOLD ME TO GET OUT OF THE PARK STAY OUT OF THE PARK AND DON'T EVER COME BACK AGAIN OR EVEN TALK TO THEM AGAIN JUST AFTER KEN DIED! The rent was always paid before the first of the month and the mortage was always paid up plus my husband paid the trailer payment up 1 month before he died until October 24 2017 that Chase and 21 Mortage got my husband for 11 1/2 % interest in 2000 after his son and wife died 4 months apart in August and December 1999. They got Ken to sign for 30 YEARS and Ken always trusted people and he didnt read or spell well he had many strokes too so he just intialed and signed where they told him to. They said Ken STILL owed $40,000 after 18 YEARS of paying ALREADY when he died! For what they did to us and made us more worried sick everyday they should pay ME ALL they all wanted is MONEY and DONT CARE!
Management is Extremely helpful she is a very nice lady as is her husband the other young lady in the office & maintenance there great people. I am thankful for all the help she has gave my family. I would recommend this park to anyone.
My parents live here and it is a nice community for the two of them. The park manager has always been super nice and helpful, I spoke to her about moving in myself even. Still deciding on it but I really like how management has treated my parents.
Kids dont get out of your way while driving
New management has made this place go downhill fast! She is very manipulative and unprofessional, tells so many lies to cover up her actions. The drugs run rampant and out of control, most of the heroin comes out of there. They claimed 4 years ago they were raising rent to fix the roads, never did they do it but continue raising the rent yearly. I thank God my family got out of that place. Just trash! And (FYI) don't be fooled, most of these 5 star reviews are by her friends she's asked to leave them.
