Good food and fast service
Food is good but they can't get my order right they delivered half i am done ordering from here
Ordered delivery and and hour later the calzone showed up burnt. Called for a replacement one. 30 minutes later the replacement showed up even more burnt. When I called to complain to either "Nikki" or "Nina" the manger she told me she had made it herself and was not willing to negociate on a full refund. Still currently waiting on a third calzone.....
I was a walk- in customer on my walk home from work and Candace, my cashier and pizza maker was absolutely fabulous! She was friendly , perky and so fast with getting my order completed within 15 min. She's never eaten Hungry Howie's until she started working there and since this was my first experience there I was sorta hesitant, but she assured me that I was really good. And it was! I'd been cutting back on salt alot recently and found it just a tad salty but my palate was based on my own home cooking of reduced sodium, I tweak the pizza to make it just adjust with my lower salt taste buds and will mention it when I order again from them in the future.
Ordered a Chicken bacon Ranch Thin crust. This is a premium price pizza. Could not even taste the toppings for how burnt the crust was. Called to talk to them about it, the manager says They will not do anything about it unless I drive the 20 minutes in to bring the remnants of the burnt pizza in so they can examine it. Will never order from there again, and encourage everyone else not to waste their money there. (this is not the first issue I have had with their food recently)
