I was a avid customer for past 2 years. Last couple months Hugos has gone down hill. It started couple months ago when they delivered the complete wrong order. I had paid over the phone and when I called to tell them They sent me the wrong order They told me I had repay and order again if I wanted what I originally ordered. So I didn't order for awhile then I order nachos which they didn't bring salsa and sour cream which I paid extra for. No biggie. I ordered from them couple night ago and my pizza was smashed up, wrong size and they didn't bring salsa and sour cream again for my taco salad. When I called I spoke to same guy again and he only offered $2.00 off my next purchase. I refuse to go back again. So sad I use to love hugo!
If I could rate 0 I would. We ordered pizza today around 6:20 and it did not arrive until 8:00. When it arrived, we found out that it was not what we ordered. If I'm waiting for almost 2 hours for a pizza, the least they could do is make sure I get the correct food. It's ridiculous.
Good food for good prices! I highly suggest the lasagna dinners. Sooo good! Wish they still had spaghetti dinners though. Pizza is okay, and their chicken products are good. No complaints about getting a meal for myself or getting something to eat for the family. Highly recommend the lasagna dinners though lol.
I called to complain about the order, all they said was "I'm sorry". Sorry? I just spent $58 on garbage, sorry is all you can say?
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, IT IS A HUGE WASTE OF MONEY. I personally will NEVER order from here again!!!
Would give a negative ten if I could. I was told an hour and ten minutes for delivery, I called after an hour and fifty minutes had passed. I was told it just left fresh and hot. Delivery driver showed up ten minutes after that, which was two hours exactly after the order was placed. The pizza was cold, the triple decker club was soggy, the breadsticks were burnt, didn't even get the fries I ordered, and the delivery driver was like "how much change do you want back?". Uh, all of it, hello.
Update: after another hour of waiting the driver FINALLY arrives with the CORRECT pizza and it is COLD. This must've been the original pizza we ordered 3 hours ago. Do NOT order from them.
I always look forward to pizza and cheesy bread from here. Had a cheesy bread turn out bad told manager and gave me a credit towards my next cheesy bread purchase. Always a satisfied customer I serve my guests with the best.
