I have been a customer of Lakestone Bank & Trust for most of my life. I use them both personally and professionally. Their service is impeccable, the employees are always very personable, and they always put their customers first. There were a few times my account was hacked and the bank caught it every time and and informed me immediately of possible fraud. I would highly recommend banking at Lakestone Bank & Trust.
Threatening to close customer accounts & confiscate funds (for doing ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong) is not only draconian, but borderline criminal.
I would never and will never use this bank. I would let my 10 year old son hold my money before this bank. i Strongly advise against using this bank.

Either Google is fixed or somehow 6 out of 87 ratings are 4 to 5 star, the rest , 81, 1 star. How is this a 3.6 rating? Although I don't Bank here, My Mother Does, and my review is the way that they treat her, where I have had to intervene to get something done right and protect her financially. She was given inaccurate information when dealing with fraud activity by bank employees, that could of resulted in major loss for her. On another note, I would not bank here myself because of their crypto policy.

Absolutely despicable behavior from a financial institution. I would highly recommend being more careful in the future before you threaten to confiscate the wrong attorney's funds.
You guys have some balls telling your customers how they can use their money. Don't worry bitcoin will run you and your cronies out of business soon enough. You're all a bunch of crooks.
You should feel privileged that your customers even choose a small unknown bank such as yourselves over more reputable choices.
