The staff is friendly but Chase seems to be obsessed with fees . I don't think its right to charge your own customers 12.00 per month just to bank with them. That amount adds up very fast. Along with other fees, even to talk to certain people on toll free, there's a charge ! Its unreal
ATM is not drive-through. Terrible design for convenience and Michigan winters.
