Very unhappy with one of their employees. Called RIGHT BEFORE closing to see if they can hold 3 packages of pink eye sticks for our pink out youth football game. The guy said no problem I'll set them aside. I arrived next morning to find out they where sold and no more in stock. Now I have to explain to our coach that I couldn't get them.
Terrible service at the guns and ammo department. I sat there and waited to get served,there were 2 guys behind the counter,one was helping a customer, another customer walks up and they get him a tree stand while I am waiting to be helped, after that I just asked the guy to show me the gun I wanted to buy,Asked several questions they did not have clear answers. Then filled out paperwork and did background check,ad I was about to pay,the guy grabs the display gun that had scratches and wear marks on cylinder,puts it in the box and asked how I was going to pay. I asked for a new gun in the box and they said they didn't have one. Why didn't they tell me they only had the display model before filling out paperwork and doing background check??? Waisted over an hour in this store. I won't be back
