VERY difficult to reach by phone! Made 4 phone calls-Must have heard 99 prompts-Heard ZERO people! Hours of business on website are TOTALLY incorrect!!! Website says Hours are: Open@7:30 A.M., Closed@6:00 P.M.. Really? I got here at 5:15 P.M., and sat in my car, in front of some sort of gate, for 20 minutes-Nobody here-Nobody came! Also-Picture on Website must be computer generated. Either that, or the Penske Truck Rental Centers elsewhere are MIGHTY different than the facility here in Lapeer, Michigan. Picture on the website is not even in the same LIBRARY, much less on the same page, as it this place appears. The actual location appears to be a storage facility, with a huge gated (the one I'm parked in front of-And it's locked, of course!) entrance to the storage units. Try as I might, I cannot see 1 Penske rental unit of ANY kind: Truck, Trailer, Tow Dolley, whatever. I'm concerned, because I have a Truck reserved here for the 1st week of April, and they're closed when they say there open, there's no Penske equipment in sight. And-YES-The GPS, AND the business next door BOTH say I'm at the correct address/location, and I cannot reach them by phone.....All this really is moot at this point. But-It would be nice if the ACTUAL business hours matched the ADVERTISED business hours, and I could actually call them and talk to someone. At this point, I'd even settle for an actual human recording on an old mini cassette voice message recorder!!! Sure hope they come thru....
