I doubt you'd get that response at Leroy's or wherever else you said you wanted to go. Except that your other kid said you were the one who wanted Taco Bell. Sorry kids, your mom is nuts. I'd hate to see how she acts about something consequential.
Over the years this location has RARELY disappointed. Food is made with care and as quickly as reasonably possible. Staff is friendly and always willing to help! This location is one of the better franchises I have visited over the years.
The customer service was not only terrible but it took a lifetime to get one thing. Would give them 0 stars if possible.

Woman in front of me didn't get the taco she didn't order and started raging on her family and the staff about how this wouldn't have happened at Leroy's (Leo's?). The obnoxious complaining carried on even though it took, literally, 30 seconds to give her the taco she didn't order, nor pay for. Seriously, her kid said it wasn't on the receipt and that she didn't order it. The woman yelled at the kid saying she knew it was on there. Forget about the husband who tried to tell her it wasn't a big deal, poor guy.
All the while, the staff acted like it was no big deal and seemed happy to solve the problem and did so very quickly with no thanks given by the angry woman.
Came in for a cassdilla and a slushy. The girl taking my order was absolutely rude and I had to personally ask for her to give me the happy hour special. I joined the 8 other people waiting for their food. I waited roughly 40 mins to get one casadilla.
Also, the burrito was great and the cashier guy was quite possibly the happiest and most upbeat person I've ever come across. Bravo!
So very poor. We were so disappointed. Never really experienced and or seeing people more than six waiting . Wow suggest a whole new crew in there ! At least send them a manager that can manage and man a crew. I really was watching, there seemed to be enough people lot's as a matter of fact. If there just learning that's fine because our food was put together nicely, not sloppy, looked appetizing. Whatever is the holdup, 10-15 mins waiting!
Horrible service. Waited over 20 mintues for a simple order. Incompetent staff and the manager doesn't know what he's doing. Ended up getting my money back and walking out with no food. Waste of my time and NEVER going back. WORST Customer service.
