I went to DHS with questions on how to properly fill out the online application for CDC and all the woman would say is, "you have to apply online" and "I don't know". This is what our tax dollars pay for?
If you get Ms. Bass as your caseworker, she is rude and impatient and doesn't take into consideration that she speaks to people with special needs or anxiety.
