not sure what the last guy problem is but we defiantly do not ignore our customers especially based on what they are wearing or what the look like. might have caught us at a very busy time and possibly just did not get around to helping him, or possibly skipped him on accident but we defiantly pride ourselves on trying to be as helpful to our customers as possible and that goes for selling and buying. Sorry he had a bad experience but we do not discriminate or favor any kind of class or types of people. All our customers are valued the same , without them we do not stay open and that is why we treat our customers with respect.
Horrible service, asked for help and the person there just sat on his ass and looked at me, see i came in wearibg overalls but im not poor, i was looking at some morgan silver dollars and willing to pay for theyre over priced stuff, but no help, nope, but they served someone who came in ten mins after us, i guess they dont want a paying customer, ill never go there again, sorry im working class and not some fancy dressed rich man, i guess they dont like working class customes bc i had a freind who went there to buy some tools and said he got the same thing i did, definately telling my freinds to never deal with this shop
I have purchased alot of goods from this pawn shop, guns T.Vs a few other items. very good prices and always polite. best pawn shop in the area.
The guy that was there tried to tell me that my mother's diamonds were not real in her rings wedding rings and that mine and my husband's diamonds weren't real in our wedding bands so therefore I took them to the jewelry Shop Michelle and Company and not only were the diamonds real mine are black diamonds very high quality and also my mother's diamonds are real so this guy tried to scam me how dishonest can you be?! He disgusts me.! What a jerk! Unless you like getting screwed over I would never go there!!!!
I love the trumpet there but I can't play one in 9 days is my birthday and I will get a trombone a week ago I got a clarinet there for 30$ I love a blue guitar there that I always wanted!
