Got into and accident that was not my fault. The staff walked me through my claim every step of the way and paid my deductible. No issues at all been a customer for 2 years now and to be honest I'm a lifer with allstate.
This guy is a huge liar. Claims that he is a respectable guy but quite the opposite! I have full coverage insurance thru him. Car was sitting at a red light and was hit from behind. Totaled out. I called his office to report the accident 5, five, V times and he NEVER CALLED BACK. What a stand up guy, after three months now and he still has never called back. Remember that there are hundreds of insurance companies here in the area and you DO have choices. I would rate him as a 5 star LOSER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HCSMD
