Staff very friendly and helpful. Out within an hour with RX in hand. The PA listened to my concerns, addressed them kindly. I've always been pleased with the knowledgeable staff and the care I'm given at this urgent care clinic. Very clean facility.
SLOW! If your situation requires even the slightest bit of urgency, go elsewhere. It's not the staff at the front desk. Several left before me and thinking this would speed up the process. Didn't happen. Over 2 hours and 45 minutes is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I can't rate the actual service from the Dr. because I left after being told she would still be at least another hour just to be seen by the Dr. There were only 5 others there when I arrived. Pathetic!
BEWARE - - there is no doctor available here. When I questioned there not being a doctor on-site we were told that a P.A. can practice just like a doctor. Hmmmm... we've been here over an hour and are still waiting to be seen after being told there were only 3 patients ahead of me. If you're sick, the 70s disco music will certainly be comforting and soothing to your already pounding head....pick another place. This place is rediculously slow. And if your pregnant, definitely don't come here because they put me in the o.b. exam room as a holding tank with me coughing and hacking up a storm. Common sense would tell you to keep the sick patients away from the pregnant ones.
Service was incredibly slow. Took my pregnant wife here for an urgent issue, after sitting in the waiting rm for over 30 mi It's a we finally were called back after the PA took her vitals and symptoms we sat in the room another 45 minutes waiting for the physician to see her! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional!
If you get a "doctor" Marsha, run for the hills!! In August I took my son here with a high fever and bad cold symptoms. The "doctor" Came in and looked at his ears, looked in his very swollen bright red throat. She then folded her arms and leans against the counter, and proceeds to say"well, I don't know what's wrong with him" Then proscribed him antibiotics, and sent us on our way. We leave, and it takes him about 2-3 weeks to get better. After a few weeks I get a bill in the mail for $250! I call, they said the doctor wrote down she did throat cultures, so I told them she didn't and they found out she really didn't. They adjusted my bill to $65, for what?!?! They did nothing! I finally got a call today (after calling for weeks and weeks, the supervisor tried getting her boss to call me) just to say, "this will be a learning experience for our urgent care" Yeah, on my son and my dollar. I will pay $1 a month for 65 months, and I want a receipt mailed to me. I will never go back, and I hope people read this before they take their child there.
