Our family was impressed with the outstanding service we received from Mark Capstick and his staff, from pre-planning both of my parents’ funerals to the final detail of the interment service for my recently deceased father. He showed genuine empathy and professionalism, as well as sensitivity and flexibility in meeting our needs and special requests along the way. He demonstrated throughout the process his willingness to adapt in order to keep up with the changing ways families of our generation mourn and memorialize their lost loved ones. Shannon, the office manager, looked after my mother during the visitation as if she were her own, bringing her water and reminding her to take breaks and sit for a while. When it was time to close the casket and Mark suggested we might each like to lay a rose inside before we said goodbye, we invited him to place a rose with ours because he had become such a valued part of this chapter in our family’s story. Five stars is not high enough of a rating for this level of service. Thank you, Mark and Shannon, and each person working behind the scenes. Our family will use Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors for decades to come and will encourage our friends to also.
