Treated like garbage from staff and owners. Tried to make me pay 5 times the amount the item was at Walmart. Took my 1200 with nothing to show for it and the $500 piece of trash tv wasn’t even worth the 1200 I already paid but they wanted an additional 1300$ on top of that. 2500$ for a $500 tv that wasn’t even a smart tv with internet access. I will make sure that anyone I know stays clear of these con artists. If I see anyone walk in there I will do my best to convince them to take their business else where

I just got off the phone with a gentlemen named shawn from the store i happened to be a week late for a payment and as of today my balance for the computer was 40.00 i called to make that payment which would get me caught up he said at first i would have to pay 70 something and then he rebuttled and said i could pay 45.00 so i agreed and when i agreed he then said i couldn't pay that and if i wanted to keep the laptop i would have to pay 63.00 a couple of days before christmas i don't have the extra 20 to spare i have 3 kids at home he didn't want to help at all someone in the background was saying something im sick of being treated this way by these people i could of got caught up today until next week why could i have not just paid my balance i feel this is unfair and they need to work on there customer service Matt is the only person there who cares and works with me which i appreciate that but the way these guys are treating people its not Right!!!!!!
