Have done business with Lapeer Enterprise Rent A Car for many years. Initially for work. When ever I needed work done on company car, Enterprise was able to provide what was needed. Always in a flexible, courteous and professional manner. Since retiring they have remained my go to Rent a Car co. Excellent choices in clean dependable transportation.
I had made arrangements a few weeks earlier to reserve a car for the week end through their call in center. Received confirmation of the reservation and i was good to go. When i got there, it was a pleasent arrangement. they put me in a car i had never driven before and after a short briefing on knobs and displays i was set to go. all in all, i will do it again there in the Lapeer office. A very pleasant experience.
Worst experience with renting a car, the staff was rude and dismissive. They picked us up from home then refused to rent us a vehicle without checking their guidelines first or trying to help us in anyway, leaving us to find our own way back home. After talking to the main office we found out we should not have been refused but the staff working at the time was ignorant and uneducated so they did not rent to us. Enterprise says they are a family business but my family's experience with this company has been embarrassing to say the least. We will certainly let the rest of the neighborhood, our friends and family members know they should choose a different service to rent a vehicle from.
No problems good friendly service have rented from them twice before and always received good service. Keep up the good work Enterprise !
