Drinks are good, but they recently took away this location's 24-hour operation.
Customer service at this location is awful. The drive through cashier kept asking "Are you done yet?" after each line item. We mentioned it to the person at the window and they did not even acknowledge it or apologize. The smoothie I had was not fresh and pretty bland. I threw it away after a few sips. I know you don't have to be Jamba Juice, but when you offer a selection of 4 types you could make them fresh.
Worst service ever!!. There is no method to their Madness as far as waiting on customers or lack of waiting on customers. The entire Lobby was full of people and the clerks were only taking one person at a time. Before they would ever wait on a second individual the clerk took off and completely made that person's lunch. Tim's was out of just about everything and the manager ignored everything! Won't go back!
Came in at 2:00 in the afternoon on a Tuesday to have lunch. Not at all busy inside but drive thru had a line. Only one person in front of me ordering a hot tea. It took almost 15 minutes from walking in to getting my order! The cashier finally made my pannini after waiting on next customers. Other employees just taking care of drive thru orders. The gal did apologize for my wait. Only 3 other tables with people at them but napkins and food crumbs on floor and trash overflowing a container. Used to be a regular here but things have changed. Probably won't be back anytime soon.
I normally love Tim's but coffee was scalding hot which typically Tim's has nicely hot, ready to drink coffee. Also was not given or offered a sleeve and couldn't even pick it up for awhile.
